File Application for Registration at business.ct.gov (CONCORD):

• Fee: $120
• Provide: LLC name, home state, formation date, CT registered agent
• Attach: Certificate of Good Standing from home state
• Processing: 3-5 business days

Ongoing Requirements

• Annual Report: $80/year (same as domestic)
• CT registered agent required
• CT income tax on CT-sourced income
• CT sales tax if selling taxable goods/services in CT
• BET if CT gross receipts exceed $200K

My LLC is in Delaware. Do I need CT registration?

If you conduct business in Connecticut (office, employees, regular CT customers from CT location): yes. If you're purely remote with no CT presence: likely no.
